Partnership for Learning for All in Nigeria (PLANE)

Location: Nigeria

The UK FCDO-funded Partnership for Learning for All in Nigeria (PLANE) Programme is a seven-year programme that supports and realises the Federal Government of Nigeria’s commitment to delivering sustainable improvements in learning outcomes for all children in Nigeria. PLANE works at the federal level and in five states (Kaduna, Kano, Jigawa, Yobe, and Borno).

PLANE engages with legislators, state and non-state education providers, civil society organisations, teachers’ unions, community leaders, learners, and parents to strengthen systems for improved delivery of inclusive, good-quality foundational learning, with a focus on marginalised groups, especially girls and children with disabilities.

FHI 360 UK leads on delivery of Output One: Improved Teaching and Learning, implementing activities aimed at creating inclusive and effective education systems that deliver foundational skills and improve learning outcomes for all children.
