DEI Councils
FHI 360 is forming regional employee-led DEI Councils that will advance our organization’s DEI strategy and action plan.
Council members will have a demonstrated commitment to promoting DEI and reflect the diversity of our global organization.
Employee Resource Groups
Formed by groups of employees aligned around a common interest, activity or life experience, FHI 360’s ERGs provide opportunities for networking, learning, professional development and support across the organization.
Employee-led and open to all staff, ERGs positively impact our culture and initiate meaningful dialogue.
